Alpine Skating Club to host an IJS clinic

Hello Skating Enthusiast!

On November 3rd, Alpine will be conducting an IJS clinic for our skaters competing and coaches teaching under IJS.

This clinic will be geared towards those who want more information about: the IJS system, what components are and how they are scored, how the Scale of Values works, and what is a GOE anyway?! It will be led by our own National judge and National referee Michelle Zeles-Hahn. There will be opportunities to ask questions and get a deeper understanding of this scoring system.  If fact, you are welcome to send your questions now to make sure they are included (zeleshahn@gmail.com)!!

Our clinic will be open to all Alpine skaters, all Alpine Coaches and all coaches at Apex Ice Arena. The presentation will be geared towards those ages 10 and up, younger participants will be asked to leave if they become unruly.

We will need to provide seating for those attending, please register with the following information:

Name:
Skater or Coach:
Skater Age:
Skater Level:

This will be on a first come, first serve basis so please let us know as soon as possible if you are planning to attend.

I look forward to seeing you there!

Michelle Zeles-Hahn
