Long time Alpine Skating Club member and coach Jill Ahlbrecht and her partner, Erich Bookwalter, took 4th place at the 2019 US Adult Championships in Dance, held this past weekend (April 3-6,2018) hosted by Salt Lake Figure Skating Club in Salt Lake City, Utah.

USFS FanZone said “Skating to “Body Talks” by The Struts, Jill Ahlbrecht (Alpine SC) and James Bookwalter (Denver FSC) earned the pewter medal with a free dance score of 37.62 points and 60.39 total points. Their twizzle series opened with a challenging hop entry, and the audience enjoyed their engaging, lighthearted choreography”.

Jill said “Not our best skates ever but decent for a new team!”
